• Domestic Shipping is through Australia Post.

• Shipping is calculated by Australia post at check out and rates are real-time from the Australia Post Retail API to ensure the latest pricing for your convenience. I strongly urge to add signature on delivery to be sure your items do not go missing in the post.

I am inclined to be very clear with postage costs. I do not add postage costs into my product prices then claim i provide free shipping. I dont charge for packaging including labels, printing, satchels ect so you will only ever pay for postage alone.

• All of our items are packed with care using RECYCLED PACKAGING where possible.

* WE USE AND RECYCLE PACKAGING WHERE EVER WE CAN. IF YOU RECEIVE ITEMS IN BUBBLE WRAP, IT IS A REUSE ITEM.

Soft Plastic recycling currently suspended at Coles and Woolworths.

BUBBLEWRAP CAN BE RECYCLED BY PUTTING IT IN ANY SOFT PLASTIC BINS AT YOUR LOCAL COLES OR WOOLWORTHS SUPERMARKETS. DO NOT PUT BUBBLEWRAP IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD RECYCLE BIN.

We endeavour to have parcels ready to ship within 24-48 hours. Payments can take up to 48 hours to clear and all parcels are shipped immediately upon clearance.

(Paypal payments are immediately cleared, however shopify payments and afterpay can take up to 48hours to process.)

We have finished travelling around Australia and all orders will be shipped from Winchelsea Victoria.
